For orders to the United Kingdom / United States of America all duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by AESTHETE CLO, nor are they included in the order total.
RETURNS:
- Returns must be send back within 14 days
- If you want a different size, you will need to place a new order
- All products need to be unworn and in original packaging
- No make up, stains, damages and/or strong smells
- The product tag can’t be taken off
- All returns will be well inspected
- If the return does not meet the above, it will be send back to you
- Return costs are for your own account
- The shipping risk is for the customer, we advice to send back your package with tracking
- Returns will be processed within 10 working days
